Suzanne advises entrepreneurs on their day-to-day business operations and in the areas of corporate law, restructurings, reorganizations, and cross-border collaborations. She also represents clients in disputes and legal proceedings. Suzanne works with entrepreneurs across various industries, from retail to IT, and feels equally at home with large multinationals as with creative startups.

Since joining Griph in 2013, Suzanne has found that entrepreneurship has brought a new dynamic to her work. In addition to being a lawyer, she has grown into a strategic sparring partner for her clients and a co-entrepreneur within Griph. With her years of experience as a tax specialist and her strong tax background, she enhances her legal advice with an additional perspective, enabling her to guide clients even more effectively in complex business matters and legal proceedings.
Suzanne is based at the Amsterdam office, within the Amsterdam district. She is registered in the legal practice areas register of the Dutch Bar Association for the following main (and sub) areas of law: corporate law, civil procedural law, and tax law.
Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points per calendar year for each registered main area of law, in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
